GIBRALTAR SEA SCOUTS
THE BEAVER SECTION
Beaver Scouts are young people usually aged between 5 1/2 and eight years old. They belong to the first and youngest Section in the Scouting family. Young people can join Beaver Scouts in the three months leading up to their sixth birthday.
They can move to the next Section, Cub Scouts, between seven years and six months and eight years six months.
So, are you interested in becoming a Beaver?
Well, you must be ready to have lots of fun.
The Beaver Scout motto is ‘Fun and Friends’. So you have to be prepared to come in and:
• Have lots of fun
• Help other people
• Make loads of new friends
• Do your best
We will play plenty of fun games, sing camp songs, go on visits and even spend a night away from home with the rest of the colony.
Beaver Scouts meet on Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm, although the meeting times will change as from April.
